All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Johannesburg within 48 hours, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Delivery to major centres is usually achieved within 24 – 48 hours after dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery to secondary or remote areas may take an additional 24 – 48 hours.

Do you accept P.O. Box addresses?
No, we do not accept P.O Box addresses, and we do not deliver to Post Offices. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an adequate address, and to ensure that someone is available to sign for the package. If you don’t have a home or work address where someone can sign for a parcel then we suggest sending it to the address of a friend’s office, business or to the home address of a friend or family.

What if I want to change the address?

If your order was placed the same day, contact us and supply us with the correct/new address and we will change it for you. If the order was placed more than 24 hours prior to your request, unfortunately you will be charged an additional delivery fee.

Will the product be safe?

Yes. Each product is packed within a suitably sized box and packaging. Our couriers take great care when handling parcels and ensure fragile parcels are kept away from heavy, bulky ones.

Can I request an urgent delivery?

Yes. If you need an urgent delivery please contact us directly on YHsales@watericon.co.za or select the overnight delivery option when you check out.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

What are your shipping rates?

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products as well as your location. Before the final checkout page the cost of shipping will be indicated and you will have an opportunity to cancel your order should you wish to do so.

If there is a location or post code that is not in our system or the package weight is in excess of 20kg we will compile a separate quote for the shipping. For orders outside of South Africa, please contact us directly. Please contact us to receive the quote on your order.

Can I pick up my order?

We do have an option of warehouse pick up at the below location and accept payment upon pick up. Please present your ID document upon arrival.

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock we will contact you with when the item is in stock again. We will try and keep all items updated on the website related to stock

If an item goes on back order we will arrange delivery of that part of your order which is in stock. As soon as the item becomes available we will deliver the rest of your order.

Returns and exchanges

How to return an item

Items that qualify for return:

  • Must be in the original packaging
  • Must be unused
  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Must contain the original invoice and a signed letter containing the reason for return

Please follow the steps:

  1. Email: YHinfo@watericon.co.zarequest a refund and we will assign you a reference number.
  2. Mail the item in its original packaging to:
